CRIMINOLOGICAL PROVISION OF ECONOMIC SECURITY IN UKRAINE

The purpose of the article is to disclose essence criminological protection public relations; differentiate areas economic security; provide proposals for improving science with regard relations in sphere. scientific discussion on problem mechanism provision security Ukraine presented. author's vision and content formulated. Due attention focused institutional protection, which represented totality activities regulatory institutions, implemented through performance specific functions organizational managerial sphere characterized. Its activity aimed at creating a counteracting protecting economy from criminal manifestations, includes set measures timely impact criminogenic threats risks economy. A number problematic aspects that hinder development Ukrainian are identified: 1) lack an established system information activity, which, as result, can potentially destabilize sphere; 2) absence means influence unlawful activity; 3) low level against offenses committed help computer technologies; 4) unified approach strategy prevention offenses. Results. definition proposed. It should be primarily eliminating general social determinants, such increasing investment attractiveness national economy, tax culture, simplifying customs procedures, forecasting market conditions, globalization stock markets, etc. proved improvement realized following: terms single platform monitoring situation country potential risks; coordination entities reducing competition conflict interest; international European cooperation ensuring synchronization foreign policy security.
